Commentary
Compact and fully designed active subwoofer.
The unit is equipped with 16 cm cone type woofer.
The A-YST (Advanced Yamaha Active Servo Technology) system is adopted.
Based on the concept of an air woofer that uses air itself as a diaphragm, this system enables low-frequency playback in a small enclosure that is equivalent to that of a large speaker.
QD-Bass technology is used. In this system, the woofer unit is mounted downward and the pyramidal diffuser plate on the bottom emits low-temperature energy efficiently in four horizontal directions. This allows for smooth frequency characteristics and free setting regardless of installation location.
A 70W power amplifier is built in.
Equipped with an auto standby function.
Equipped with a BASS mode switch, you can switch between Movie and Music.
Equipped with a phase selector switch.
There are 2 color variations, cherry and silver.
