Commentary

DSP AV amplifier equipped with 5.1 ch external input terminal.

Equipped with a 5.1 channel input, you can enjoy 5.1 channel surround playback by combining it with a DVD player with a built-in Dolby digital decoder.
This connector can also be used to connect a 3-1 HDTV stereo system.

It is equipped with YSS-203 with Yamaha's original cinema DSP processing function, and equipped with 8 kinds of surround programs.
In addition to the Dolby Pro Logic, it is equipped with the Dolby Pro Logic Enhanced which can reproduce the dynamic spread feeling by adding expansion processing by cinema DSP to the surround signal.
Other programs include Mono Movie, Concert Video, Concert Hall, Disco, and Stadium.

The amplifier section contains a 5-channel discrete amplifier.

Equipped with phono input, compatible with MM type cartridge.

By using the Dolby Digital / Cinema DSP Processor DDP-2 (sold separately), even a DVD player without a Dolby Digital Recorder can enjoy a full-scale 3 sound field cinema DSP with 5.1 ch of Dolby Digital and cinema DSP processing.

There are 2 color variations, titanium color and black.

It comes with a light storage system remote controller that can operate Yamaha components.
