Commentary
A jacket size pre-main amplifier with a compact body of 315 mm width and 43.6 mm panel height.
Equipped with Super Bass to improve heavy bass reproduction.
By using a bridge-type MFB, it automatically detects the fo (lowest resonance frequency) of the speaker and enhances only the frequency near that point. Compared with conventional loudness and tone control, it can improve the bass playback of small speakers without artificially enhancing the middle and high frequencies.
It uses a unique direct connector, and simple wiring is possible when connecting to ST-3, SH-E5, RS-5, etc.
High-efficiency heat radiation design allows for additional tuner mounting.
It has a slim body and uses a thin OI power transformer with low vibration and low leakage flux.
It is equipped with an electronic short-circuit protection circuit to protect the amplifier from speaker short-circuit.
