TRIODE TR-CD1
¥ 180,000 (released in 2000)
Commentary
A CD player for HDCD.
The VAM1202 revision made by Philips is used for the mechanism part.
The D/A conversion part is based on PCM1702 of Bar Brown.
In order to realize the performance of PCM1702, a tuned master clock is used to reduce jitter.
The analog filter uses a tuned 5-dimensional analog filter to reduce high-frequency noise.
The power supply section employs a toroidal power transformer with a core capacity of three times or more, and provides a stable power supply through an 8-step regulator.
The case uses an aluminum panel that matches with triode transistor products.
In addition, the mechanism is fixed through a base board that has been tested and selected from four types of materials, reducing resonance of the mechanism.
The HDCD decoder uses a 20-bit PMD100.
Equipped with coaxial digital output.
Wireless remote control is included.
