FR-3060
Commentary

This auto player was born in pursuit of basic performance.

The FR series uses an independent 16-pole synchronous motor as the power source for autoplay in order to solve the unnatural motion in which the autoplay operation speed changes by changing the rotational speed of the record, so that all auto operation is performed at a constant speed.
The Oatley turn detector uses a unique electromagnetic mechanism that combines a ferrite magnet and a reed switch so that no lateral pressure is applied to the needle tip and smooth operation is possible.

Fully automatic operation is realized without changing manual operation, and manual operation is possible even during automatic operation such as stopping and returning the arm by hand or starting from the desired position during operation.

The turntable shaft surface is processed by centerless polishing processing. In addition, oilless metal is used to bring friction closer to 0, and S/N is improved and rotation unevenness caused by center runout is eliminated.
The turntable is made of aluminum alloy die cast of 30 cm and 1.4 kg, and harmful vibration is suppressed by making the flywheel effect large enough.

The motor uses a 4-pole synchronous type with large driving torque.
In addition, polyurethane is used for the belt to maintain the experienced variation wow and flutter characteristics, and the finish accuracy is improved.

Equipped with a manual arm lifter, the arm can be moved up and down during a record performance.
It is an oil dump type mechanism that does not damage records and stylus.

The case is made of plywood with 31 mm left and right and 20 mm front and back, and reinforced.
In addition, a special resin base is used to prevent howling.

Equipped with a sub-weight, you can use any weight cartridge up to 18g.

The tone arm adopts a static balance type and uses ball bearings (horizontal direction) and pivot bearings (vertical direction) to improve horizontal and vertical sensitivity.
Gold plating is applied to the connector part.

The MM type cartridge is used, and strain is reduced by the special fulcrum support and vibrator structure with small equivalent mass.

In order to suppress the high-frequency attenuation of the reproduced signal and output it without adding external noise, a low-capacity shielded cable is used as the output cord.

There was a remote controller sold separately.
