Commentary
The Alf series cassette deck was developed under the theme of carefully polishing the original sound of the cassette tape.
By adopting a tray-type horizontal loading mechanism, microvibration of the cassette half during tape travel is suppressed, improving stability of tape travel and reducing modulation noise.
Equipped with an auto-bias function, it is possible to automatically set the optimum recording bias value which slightly differs for each tape with one touch.
Equipped with CARS PRO (Computer Assisted Recording System PRO).
This function automatically sets the optimum recording level and recording bias value with one touch operation, automatically sends the reader tape, records up to the end of the A side in the original order of songs, and fades out at the last song, while recording starts from the beginning of the B side and fades out at the end.
If the tape end song is less than 32 seconds, it will be automatically erased.
An aluminum die-cast flywheel is used to achieve high rigidity of the rotating part and stability of tape running.
Center mechanism layout considering the optimum weight balance is adopted.
We have also reduced vibration and resonance by using newly developed cassette mechanical bases and insulators.
Equipped with Dolby B/C NR as a noise reduction system.
It is also equipped with the Dolby HX-PRO, which improves high-frequency recording characteristics.
The display section is equipped with a large 16-segment peak level meter.
Equipped with 4-digit electronic counter, counter memory play / stop is possible.
Equipped with leader tape feed, front and back 16 track cue, auto rec mute (4 seconds), rec cancel function.
Gold plated input / output terminal is used.
It is equipped with a system control function and can be operated remotely with the remote control of Amp A - α 7.
