Auto-reverse deck equipped with Computer Reverse and Dolby C.

The reverse mechanism consists of a computer for Oatley berth control, an infrared photocoupler sensor, and a 4-track inline head. The reverse mechanism enables instantaneous reverse movement in only 0.6 seconds before sound is emitted.
In addition, the head is a fixed type that does not require a mechanism to move the head up and down or rotate it. This realizes a speedy and highly stable reverse operation.

Hard permalloy head is used for the head.

Equipped with Dolby C as a noise reduction system.
The Dolby C achieves a noise reduction of as much as 20 dB by means of a two stage sliding band system that raises the signal level for recording when the noise level is low and lowers it to the original level during playback. In addition, high-frequency linearity is also improved.
In addition, it is equipped with a type selection switch, and the conventional Dolby B type can also be used.

Equipped with dual memory repeat function.
This function repeats between any two points. It memorizes the counter mode number at the start and the counter mode number at the stop and plays continuously between them. It can also repeat from A side to B side and from B side to A side by computer reverse.

It is equipped with dual mode electronic counter which can display 4-digit counter and real-time counter by microcomputer control.
The real-time counter uses a stopwatch system to display the tape running time in minutes and seconds while tracking errors based on the time base of power frequency synchronization.

It is equipped with the A-plane B-plane continuous AMPS function which enables the jumping selection of 15 tracks in front and back.
If there is more than 4 seconds of silence between songs, you can start up to 15 songs before and after, and the number of songs is indicated by the LED indicator. Also, if there is a song you want to start on the B side after playing on the A side, it moves to the B side by reversing, so that you can start the desired song accurately.
On the other hand, in the case of plane B to plane A, the head can be pointed out.

The mechanism uses a 2 + 1 motor system that uses a DC motor to drive the mechanism.
An electronically controlled DC motor is used to drive the capstan.

Equipped with a direction indicator to indicate the direction of travel.

To remember the direction before turning off the power, you can record both forward and reverse messages.

Equipped with 4-second auto REC mute.

Equipped with a recording / playback timer REC/PLAY switch.

Equipped with 12-dot LED peak level meter.
