Commentary

Tone arm which is a minor version upgrade model of WE 308.

WE-308L is a long type that is also advantageous for multi-arm.

Double knife edge structure is adopted for the bearing part.
The double knife edge has a structure that is firmly held from both sides and the top of the edge receiver by making the top and bottom 4 blades in contrast to the conventional 2 blades of the knife edge. Since the 4 blades of this knife edge are polished so that they are aligned in a straight line, it forms a strong rotation shaft with no mechanical play around this line as a rotation axis.
The blade of the SAEC knife edge is ultra-precise with a diameter of less than 2/100 mm. This finish is unique to SAEC. First, it is cut to 5/100 mm, the limit of machine cutting, and after that, it is finished to 2/100 mm by skilled human hands.
