Commentary
A UK series CD player that aims for simplicity and high quality.
The digital circuit is equipped with Legato link conversion.
This circuit estimates the original signal by digital signal processing based on the signal recorded on CD, and reproduces the component of 20 kHz or higher according to the 1/f attenuation characteristic.
The mechanism section uses Pioneer's original turntable mechanism.
In this system, the entire disk is supported from below on a 12 cm diameter turntable and rotated to suppress the influence of external vibration, sound pressure, and unnecessary vibration caused by the disk, thereby realizing highly accurate signal reading.
The internal layout is based on direct construction. Main circuits such as power supply, digital / servo circuits, and audio circuits are laid out so that the signal flow is at the shortest distance. This eliminates noise and interference between circuits caused by wiring.
Computer Program Edit is installed.
With this feature, you can set the recording time on your tape and the computer will program it by changing the order of songs to minimize the remaining time on the tape.
Equipped with auto program edit.
With this feature, you can specify the duration of the tape, and the computer will determine how many songs can fit and program them. This allows you to edit efficiently without breaking the last song.
Equipped with a peak search function, the maximum volume level can be searched automatically. It can be used to set the recording level when editing tapes.
It is equipped with a highlight scan and continuously plays the highlight part of the song (for 10 seconds from 1 minute after the start of the song).
Equipped with a memory hold function, programmed data is stored in memory even when the power is turned off.
Equipped with a talkback function, you can operate program play and edit functions as if you were talking while watching the FL display.
Equipped with a display OFF switch, you can turn off display lighting during playback.
You can eliminate adverse effects on sound quality caused by weak noise.
Equipped with CD-Deck synchro terminal.
Equipped with an optical digital terminal.
Wireless remote control is included.
