Commentary
Bi-radial horn designed for large to medium-sized SR.
The 2380 is a constant directional horn designed for compact stack use or enclosure mounting and is ideal for applications requiring relatively short distances and wide service area.
It has uniform diffusion from 500 Hz to 16 kHz in the horizontal plane, as well as constant directivity at 2 kHz or more in the vertical plane. When vertical directivity at 2 kHz or less is important, it is sufficient to stack two or more tubes for a biradial effect.
Since the vertical dimension of the opening is small and the flat shape is adopted, a large number of stacks can be easily performed.
The material is made of light and robust reinforced polyurethane resin, and the throat diameter is 5 cm.
By using the separately sold throat adapter 2327 in combination, a 2.5 cm diameter throat driver can be installed.
