JBL 2122H

Commentary
25 cm cone type mid-woofer developed for the middle and low range of 4-way system.
It is used in Studio Monitor 4345 and 4344.
Since the free air resonance of 2122H is as low as 35 Hz, it is possible to obtain extended low-frequency characteristics in a small-volume cavity. Also, the impedance rise is small, and accurate crossover is possible even at low frequencies.
In addition, it has the advantage that break-up distortion outside the operating band is extremely small, and it can obtain sound output, wide dynamic range and response suitable for large diameter woofer.
