Commentary
This is a speaker system for the ultra low band of the concert series.
The 4842 is a bass reflex type ultra low frequency speaker designed for SR and sound reproduction in various fields.
The unit is equipped with 2245H which is 46 cm cone type woofer.
The enclosure uses high-density birch-laminated plywood, combined with a glass-fiber-reinforced plastic coating on the surface for excellent durability.
In addition, both sides have been cut into a 15 ° tapered shape, and the 4870 family can be configured as a fan-shaped array.
14 pieces of embedded metal fittings for flying and 5 handles are equipped as standard.
The connector is equipped with ITT Canon EP-8 type male and female (bi-amplifier specification).
The Concert Series included a wide range of specialized options, including a carrying load case and various speaker mounting brackets.
