Commentary
Compressor / linear amplifier to prevent excessive input to the amplifier.
The output is 24 dBm (600 Ω) and the gain is automatically adjusted over a range of 25 dB or more.
The microphone input is High Z unbalanced but can be converted to Low Z balanced using the option 5901.
The program input is a high-level 50k Ω unbalanced bridge.
The mode switch selects a compression ratio of 2 : 1 at an output of 0 dB and a compression ratio of 4 : 1 at an output of 0 dB.
It is equipped with a switch that allows you to select 2 preset times, and you can also select 2 attack times of 0.5 seconds and 1.5 seconds.
