A record player that employs the quartz lock servo system.
In the quartz-lock servo system, the output of the FG (frequency generator) is compared with the phase of the reference oscillator for servo control. By using a highly stable crystal oscillator as the reference oscillator, we have succeeded in suppressing speed deviation within 0.003%.
A stop mechanism is adopted in which when the stop button is pressed, the power of the drive circuit is turned off and a brake works to stop the rotation of the turntable.
It is a mechanical system by combination of electromagnetic plunger and lever, and stops at about 1/3 of 33 1/3 of rotation.
It uses a sandwich structure in which a wood case is sandwiched between steel boards and insulators.
The weight is increased by the steel board, and the special sandwich structure keeps the lowest resonance frequency of the cabinet sufficiently low, making it resistant to howling.
In addition, steel board is a shielding material, so it also works to prevent magnetic leakage flux from transformer and motor.
Uses a frequency-frequency illuminator that is proportional to the number of revolutions regardless of the power source frequencies.
The built-in neon lamp of the strobe illuminator is controlled by a crystal oscillator.
As a result, the system operates at precise frequencies at all times, eliminating anxiety factor such as flash flicker caused by the conventional power source frequencies, and reducing rotational speed setting errors.
It has a static balanced arm with an effective length of 237 mm.
It is a high sensitivity type that adopts anti-skating mechanism and lateral balancer, and the height of the tone arm can be adjusted.
