Commentary
This IC cartridge was developed by taking advantage of the technology obtained in the development of the C-100P "OPTI" optoelectronic cartridge.
The IC cartridge has a structure in which an IC is mounted inside the cartridge in order to compensate for the decrease in output tube efficiency caused by reducing the mass of moving parts.
The C-0. 300 f uses a new solid solution element for its power generation element, which has succeeded in reducing the size and weight far beyond the mass of conventional piezoelectric elements. It has also achieved a smaller and lighter needle tip.
As a result, the mass of the moving part is 0.5 mg, which is equivalent to that of the MC type.
