Commentary
This is a speaker system that is the 25th anniversary model of Augmented Reality that the technical staff who designed the Vertical and hightech series worked on.
A 20 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
A 3.2 cm ring radiator type tweeter is installed in the high range.
By injecting magnetic fluid between the pole piece and yoke, the power handling capability is improved. In addition, the magnetic fluid naturally guides the voice coil to the center axis of the pole piece, improving the accuracy of the unit and enabling reproduction with less distortion.
The enclosure features a traditional acoustic suspension system that improves bass playback by allowing the air inside the fully enclosed enclosure to act as a spring to support the cones.
