Commentary
YST type super woofer (sub-woofer) with a compact tall boy design.
Yamaha's proprietary YST method realizes compact size and deep bass playback.
In the YST system, distortion is greatly reduced by using an air woofer, which uses air as a diaphragm, compared with conventional units, and low-frequency playback with quick response, high speed, and sharpness is achieved.
The unit is equipped with 20 cm cone type woofer of anti-magnetic design.
Equipped with a high-cut frequency continuous variable system and a phase selection switch, it can be set according to the combination of speakers and the condition of the room.
Equipped with an auto power ON/OFF function that turns the power ON/OFF according to the presence or absence of signal input.
