Commentary
A stereo cassette deck equipped with Dolby S.
High bias is adopted, and 160 kHz, which is higher than the normal bias frequency, is used.
This prevents noise such as beat distortion.
Equipped with a bias adjustment function.
In this system, even tapes with different high-sound recording characteristics can be continuously changed while simultaneously recording and playing back, so that it can be adjusted to the optimum level of audibility. In addition, even if the high-sound is too emphasized or too weak when playing back a tape recorded on another cassette deck, the high-frequency characteristics can be adjusted with play-trim, making it possible to play back with the optimum balance of audibility.
As a noise reduction system, Dolby S is installed in addition to Dolby B/C.
Uses Dolby HX-PRO.
In addition, recording quality is improved by a unique automatic tape tuning that automatically adjusts the bias according to the recording characteristics of the tape.
Equipped with a cassette stabilizer to suppress vibration of the cassette.
Equipped with a synchronized REC function that can be linked with the CDX 580 or CDX 480 CD player.
It is equipped with functions such as intro-scan, front and back one track cue, sound cue search, auto rec mute, blank skip, rec return, timer rec play, etc.
Wireless remote control is included.
