Commentary
A cabinet developed for the TT series turntable.
Beech wood, which has an extremely high vibration damping rate, and high-density particleboards are alternately laminated. The thickness of each material is determined by rigorous theoretical analysis, and a sandwich structure with a total of seven layers is used to eliminate resonance and vibration.
It has a rosewood natural wood finish.
Equipped with a free hinged dust cover.
The pick-up board uses a special laminated structure made of beech wood, and can be removed as it is fixed to the cabinet with bolts. The CL-P1D included two types of boards for UA-Type 7045 : a perforated board and a non-perforated board.
In addition, a pick-up board was sold separately and each arm could be replaced.
