Commentary

The FM/AM tuner uses a SAW filter to achieve high selectivity.

A surface acoustic wave (SQW) filter and two 4-resonant ceramic filters are used as the selection elements of the IF stage.

The MPX stereo demodulation circuit uses a jitter distortion removal circuit to suppress distortion in the high frequency range and improve separation.

A 4-pole MOS type FET with a large gain and high stability and a frequency linear FM4-series variable capacitor are used for the RF stage.
