Commentary

The MC cartridge was developed based on the technology and know-how accumulated in the development of the P-1 3 series.

We have succeeded in generating uniform magnetic field by our unique optimization technology of magnetic path shape, and we have realized an ideal magnetic circuit by optimizing magnetic material.
In the P-1G, the magnetic circuit has been revised, and the yoke shape has been designed to have high efficiency and excellent uniformity of magnetic field. Moreover, the Permendur material constituting the magnetic circuit has the highest magnetic flux density Bm and retention force Hc among magnetic materials, and constitutes a stable magnetic field.
The magnet is inherited from the samarium-cobalt magnet.

DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) treatment is applied to the ground material of titanium for the base, and the probability of mechanical earth is attempted.
DLC is a carbon thin film with high hardness and electrical insulation similar to diamond that is synthesized by a vapor phase synthesis method using ions. The surface hardness of DLC is higher than Hv = 3000 next to diamond, and it realizes a housing base with high rigidity and excellent vibration damping characteristics.

Ebony, a natural material with natural strength and damping characteristics, is used for the cartridge body, and a highly non-resonance and vibration-free structure is realized by decoding with titanium base.

A wire damper has been added to reduce the microresonance and loss resistance of the lead wire from the generator coil.

All parts are machined with precision machining to ensure precision and eliminate vibration from systems other than power generation systems.

Solid boron material is used for the cantilever.

6N oxygen-free copper wire is used for the power generation circuit.

Uses pure iron coil bobbin with high saturation flux density.
