Commentary
Driver unit suitable for sound reproduction in large halls and theaters based on 375.
By combining the powerful magnetic circuit of the Alnico V magnet with the diamond suspension diaphragm, the response is smoothly expanded to 18 khz high sound range even though it is a large diameter driver.
Diamond suspension has the same qualities and reliability as roll edge, and moreover, it is a vibration system support structure unique to JBL that realizes linearity superior to tangential edge.
An aluminum ribbon is used for the voice coil.
