Commentary
Based on the idea that "sound is not just a wave phenomenon of the air, but must be understood as the vibration of the whole space surrounding the listener", this speaker system was developed with a sense of human sound quality in mind.
A 25 cm cone woofer is used for the low range.
By using the long voice coil, amplitude operation occurs only in the part where the magnetic flux density is uniform, and the distortion factor is reduced.
We have also improved the amplitude linearity by improving the damper edge.
The mid-range uses a 3.8 cm domed squaker, and the high-range uses a 2.5 cm domed tweeter.
These units use soft diaphragms with moderate internal loss, and the rise from the edge to the dome part is set to 45 °, which is efficient, reducing the self-resonance while reducing the strain.
In order to improve the tightness of the enclosure, all parts except the unit are hardened and the threaded area is reduced as much as possible to improve the rigidity of the inside. In addition, glass wool is added to improve the damping.
Also, walnut oil finish.
Equipped with a level control that can be adjusted by ± 5 db with 0 db as the laboratory standard.
